Poppy is a 15.2hh Tobiano Irish Sports Horse mare who was rehomed in Jan 2014 through Horses4homes to Kim.

Kim say’s when Poppy came to me she had lots of issues, her previous owner, had sent her for reschooling in Buckinghamshire and It was just after that when I then took her on.

Its not been without issues ( and a couple of injuries) but she has come on in leaps and bounds. We discovered she suffered with very tight muscles behind the saddle which contributed to a lot of the leaping and bucking. She has regular physiotherapy treatments and is doing really well.
We have achieved a lot in the 3 years since I have had her. Her mounting issues are almost sorted and we have won several rosettes in dressage, show jumping and team chasing in which she excels.
Although its not been easy, we have a good bond and she has a forever home with me.
