Relevant health or lameness issues

I bought Woody to compete low level after is eventing career . For 3 months all good then one day he just started bronking when I got on . He went into livery 2 days later (holiday) I explained as they were going work him for me she spent some time at the mounting block and he was an angel for 2 weeks . Then all was good had some flat work and jumping lesson 4 months later went to put saddle on him , it was like tying a bomb to him . We put it down to saddle , then we had a hoof issue shoes wouldn't stay on

Veterinary examinations or treatment given in the past 12 months

I turned him away 4 months his hooves have grown and no longer foot sore , so did some ground work then tried to get on , he started to buck . had his back x ray Kissing Spines behind the saddle . Vet suggests injections , she said he such an amazing well behaved nice horse it worth a try , but its the rehab after that makes all the difference and I don't know how to do that , no time facilities experience to help him
