Henry is a lovely boy who puts a smile on the face of everyone who meets him. He is an ideal companion, extremely low maintenance and we have never known him to not get on with any other horse. He is very much a 'people person' and he loves to be pampered and chat to you. Everyone who knows him just adores him!

  • Most suitable home and loanee/owner/sharer

Henry would like a home as a companion, probably somewhere with more than one horse as I am not sure how he would be left totally on his own. He gets on with everybody and would love a home where he would get plenty of cuddles!

Relevant health or lameness issues

Henry has suspensory ligament damage in both of his back legs. He was retired in 2012 and is not affected by it when he is not being ridden. He can sometimes appear to be a little stiff but he is not in any pain and enjoys an occasional canter when he's feeling excited! He does not need any special treatment for this.
