Ralphie has been a star in learning Liberty and straightness training in hand -- he will always great you with a happy face and bearing in mind what he has done for kids in the past with no complaints (and he has muscles and tissue damage ) I think shows what a good soul he is. Ralphie enjoys the company of all and could be a companion or inhand or therapy non ridden pony.

Relevant health or lameness issues

Ralphie has muscle and tissue damage from old. He goes lame occasionally. No medication is needed. In wet conditions he will need field paste as he doesn't have the best hooves.

Veterinary examinations or treatment given in the past 12 months

Ralphie has been thermal imaged which helped us find his problems - as a riding pony he was just never quite right. A mctimmony specialist also has confirmed his deep body issues. However ST or in hand or even agility would be fine it's really just no riding or driving.

Details of any individual behavioural traits which may influence the type of person best suited to take on the horse

Ralphie is good to handle and very responsive to voice requests -- his not great point is that he is not great picking up his hooves he can snatch them back but if your experienced it really is a case of keeping them low and you can even pick them up from the opposite sides - he really just protects where he had past pain and is coming out of that behaviour very nicely.

Details of the activities that the horse must not participate in due to previous injury

No riding or driving ever.
